DESCRIPTION:

This is our second highest ceremonial grade organic Matcha. It is vivid green and has a delicate but distinctive floral aroma that delightfully surprises teh palate. It is full-bodied with a long lasting deep 'umami' flavor which has not the slightest traces of bitterness nor astringency. Enjoy its incredible creamy mouth feel both as 'Usucha' and 'Koicha'.

PREPARATION GUIDELINES:

HOT
Tea - 1 teaspoon (1.5g / 0.05oz)
Water - 100ml / 3.38oz
Temp - 100°C/ 212°F
Time - Whisk for 20s until frothy.

COLD
Tea - 1 teaspoon (1.5g / 0.05oz)
Water - 100ml / 3.38oz
Temp - Room Temperature
Time - Whisk for 20s. Serve over ice cubes.
