If you do not receive our reply within two days, please check the followings:

1) Check spam folder
Your spam filtering software can possibly have wrongly removed our email. In this case, please set the configuration of your spam filtering software in order to receive our emails.

2) Check the configuration for mail receiving on your email software
Your email software may be set to allow emails from certain domains only. Please set the configuration to allow your email program to receive emails from our domain "takezawa.jp.net" to your "safe senders list".
