 | Organic Matcha Kukicha     DESCRIPTION:Kukicha is made from the stems and twigs which have been separated from the leaves during processing. Our organic Kukicha is made from the stems and twigs of shaded organic Sencha, which contains a higher level of L-Theanine, the sweet element of Japanese green tea, than that of non-shaded Sencha. We process our organic Kukicha at a high temperature, skillfully controlled for an enhanced aroma that compliments its deep umami flavor.
