|PRODUCT / PRICE INFORMATION|
Email us using our contact form for information on our tea products and pricing. We will send you our product and price lists. We also provide quotations based on order quantities (must be above our minimum order quantity) and any other specific packaging or shipping requirements.
|PRIVATE BRAND PACKAGING INFORMATION|

|WHAT ARE THE MODES OF SHIPMENT?|
Shipping by international postal services, courier services, air / ocean freights are available.
For international postal services, the commonly used services will be EMS, followed by SAL. Generally, EMS takes approximately up to five days while SAL takes approximately fourteen days for delivery. We calculate the postage fee from the price tables provided by Japan Post Office.
For courier services, we work with FedEx, DHL,TNT and UPS. We would require you to obtain the quotation for shipping rates from the courier service company of your choice from your country. Once you have made the booking with the courier service company in your country for delivery of goods, we will follow up with the arrangement for delivery through its respective agent here in Japan.
For air freight (FOB Narita / Haneda) / ocean freight (FOB Yokohama), we follow up on the delivery arrangement with the Japan agent of your appointed freight forwarding company. We are generally able to work with any freight forwarding company of your choice as long as they have an agent office located here in Japan. We would require you to appoint your freight forwarding company and make a booking for shipment with them first before we proceed to arrange for delivery with their local agent here in Japan.
|TO SHIP BY AIR OR OCEAN FREIGHT?|
Generally, it is advisable to send all Matcha products by air freight because Matcha is a very delicate tea product, vulnerable to high humidity. It is fine to choose to use either air or ocean freight for the delivery of loose leaf tea products.
|DO YOU OFFER YOUR TEAS WITH SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED (CFR)?|
We basically work only with the trade term FOB, whereby we would require the importer to appoint his own freight forwarding company in his country and we will follow up on the delivery with the Japan agent of this freight forwarding company.
|OUR PAYMENT TERM|
Our payment term is 100% Advance Payment of the full invoice amount. We only start to process an order after confirmation of receipt of full payment in our bank account. No bank charges are to be deducted from the invoice amount as this is the amount of sales of our tea products and / or application fees for certificates of Origin / COI.
|MODES OF PAYMENT|
We accept only remittances through bank transfer and the online remittance service called TransferWise (please note that TransferWise may not be available in your country).
